App Redesign
Overview
This project focused on refreshing the mobile app experience with an emphasis on accessibility and clearer navigation. The goal was to reduce friction for key tasks and make the interface more inclusive for all users.
The challenge
Users reported difficulty finding core features and inconsistent patterns across screens. We needed to align the UI with modern accessibility standards while keeping the brand’s visual identity.
Process
I led research and wireframing, then moved into high-fidelity screens and a component library. We validated with usability testing and iterated on navigation and contrast before handoff to development.
Outcome
The redesign improved task completion rates and accessibility scores. Clearer hierarchy and consistent components made the app easier to use and maintain.
